Place the gluten-free oats in the blender with very cold water.
Blend on high for exaclty 30 seconds. Pour the blended mixture onto the strainer over a large mixing bowl. This will help to get rid of the remainig oats.
Once the mixture its strained, pour it onto the glass bottle and close with lid.Place in the refrigerator to let it cool. I prefer it cold!
Notes
It's very important that you use very cold water, otherwise the milk will be slimy.
Please Do Not blend for more time, the milk will be oatmeal
This milk is gluten-free because I use organic gluten-free oats. If your family does not have allergies you can use any oats of your choice.
For extra flavor: You can add 1/2 tsp of organic vanilla
