Five Ingredient Protein Chocolate Fudge

- 1/2 Cup Maple syrup Use organic (substitute for agave if prefer)
- 1/2 Cup Dark chocolate I use enjoy life, since they are vegan
- 1 Cup Coconut flour Substitute for brown rice flour or oat flour ( oat flour is not paleo)
- 2 Scoops Protein powder I use orgain vanilla flavor, use the one of your choice
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla extract
Place the maple syrup or agave in the microwave for 30-40 seconds.
Next add the maple syrup into the chocolate and vanilla, whisk together until combined.
Once the mixture is combined, add the coconut flour & protein powder and mix it with the spatula, make sure the texture is similar to cookie dough.
Let it cool off for about 5-10 minutes. Next place the mixture into a silicon mat or a non-stick surface.
Extend the mixture to make into a rectangle and cut with knife into squares. Place in a continer with a lid or a ziploc bag. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- To extend the shelf life of the fudge, stored in the freezer and eat it like cookie dough. Do not cut into squares.
- Want to add extra flavor to the fudge, sprinkle chocolate chips over the fudge, without mixing it.
