- Measuring cups
- Measuring jug
- Strainer
- Glass bottle with lid for storing the milk
- Large mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Oats Do nto use the instant oats, in order for them to be gluten-free it needs to be organic.
- 6 Cups Water It needs to be very cold
Instructions
- Place the gluten-free oats in the blender with very cold water.
- Blend on high for exaclty 30 seconds. Pour the blended mixture onto the strainer over a large mixing bowl. This will help to get rid of the remainig oats.
- Once the mixture its strained, pour it onto the glass bottle and close with lid.Place in the refrigerator to let it cool. I prefer it cold!
Notes
- It's very important that you use very cold water, otherwise the milk will be slimy.
- Please Do Not blend for more time, the milk will be oatmeal
- This milk is gluten-free because I use organic gluten-free oats. If your family does not have allergies you can use any oats of your choice.
- For extra flavor: You can add 1/2 tsp of organic vanilla
