Fudgiest Eggless Brownies

When craving chocolate, this brownies have you cover.
They are vegan and you can also make them gluten-free.

Equipment

  • Sifter
  • 9*13 baking dish
  • Bowl for mixing
  • Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Organic unbleach all pourpose flour For gluten-free, look at my notes
  • cup Vegan sugar Make sure is organic ( do not use the white sugar it's not organic )
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup Expresso or any leftover cofee
  • ½ Tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp Applecider vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • ¾ cup Vegetable or coconut oil
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Vegan chocolate chips I use the brand call "Enjoy Life"
  • ¼ cup Vegan chocolate chips melted I use the brand call "Enjoy Life"
  • ¼ cup Vegan chocolate chips Extra to place on top of brownies
  • 1 Tsp Coconut oil To be added to the chocolate for melting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F ( 175° C )
  • Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder to the sifter and sift together in a bowl.
  • In a mixing bowl add the water, oil, sugar, vanilla, expresso and apple cider vinegar, mix everything until well combine.
  • Add the 1/4 cup of chocolate and the 1 tsp coconut oil in microwave safe dish and melt.
  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients with melted chocolate until everything is mix together.
  • Next add the 1 cup of chocolte chips to the mixture and mix it well.
  • Prepared the baking dish by adding parchment paper to the bottom for easy cleaning, next add the batter to the baking dish and make sure is spread evenly, sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on the top of the batter
  • Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. If you are making them gluten-free add 15-20 minutes more to cook the center.

Notes

  • Gluten-free Tips: Add 2 cup of almond flour, rice flour or coconut plus 1/2 cup tapioca flour.
  • Gluten-free only: If the brownies still to wiggly in the middle after time pass add 5 more minutes.
  • Remember that oven temperature vary, do not overcook or the brownies will crumble.
  • Once you see the top of the brownies crack they are ready to come out.
  •  Also Make sure to let the brownies rest before cutting them. I have found that using a plastic knife to cut them works better Made this recipe!
