I know from experience that some ingredients in the store bought granola are not good for our bodies. Specially if you have allergies. Is for that reason that I want to make my own , I need it to know what goes into my granola.
This recipe has different ingredients and it has lots of protein too. Is a perfect way to add texture to your meals or just eat it by itself like I do, every time I go in the kitchen I take a handful of granola. Is sweet enough and perfect for any time of the day.
From my kitchen to your with love.

- 1 Cup Dates
- 1 1/2 Cups Hot water
Instructions
Date sauce

Granola
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)2. In a baking sheet, put the oats, almonds, walnuts, and pepitas. Place in the oven and mix every few minutes for 15 minutes. Do not forget to mix it, or it will burn.3. After the 15 minutes pass, add mix into a sifter. This will help get rid of any shells that remain in the mix; it also helps by getting rid of anything that might have burnt.4. After the mixture has been sifted, place it in a large mixing bowl and add the date sauce, raisins, and chia seeds. Mix until combined.5. It's ready to eat or set in the refrigerator to get crunchier.
