Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Add the chia to the bowl wiht the water, stir it an dlet it sit for 5 minutes to thicken the consistency is like gel.
- It's ready to use once the is gel like, it's not the exact 1:1 substitution in every recipe. Look at notes!
Notes
- It works great on banana breads, pancakes, quick breads, muffins, cookies to mention a few.
