Not Your Mamas BBQ Sauce

I don’t want to say this is the best sauce ever, all I can say it is. I know we all brag about our recipes, for me cooking is not only a way to feed my family, but is also a passion.

How did I develop a taste for me bbq, after living in Texas for almost 6 years I have learn a thing or two about sauces and how to make it my own. I wanted to make a sauce that I could eat, due to my allergies. I begin by seeing the bbq places and asking my husband what did he like in the sauces he tried. I took mental notes and I develop this bbq sauce that is plant-based, low-fat & tasty.

Is so good that you would like to drink it Lol, I am not kidding my kids and husband put it on everything.

Food for the body is not enough. There must be food for the soul.
