  • Small mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoon
  • Spoon for mixing

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Add the chia to the bowl wiht the water, stir it an dlet it sit for 5 minutes to thicken the consistency is like gel.
  • It's ready to use once the is gel like, it's not the exact 1:1 substitution in every recipe. Look at notes!

Notes

  • It works great on banana breads, pancakes, quick breads, muffins, cookies to mention a few.
  • Is good to know that chia-egg has good antioxidants, high quality in protein 7 Omega-3 fatty acids to mention some of the benefits of using this great seeds. Want to know more read it here.
