Creamy Avocado Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Medium avocado
- 1 cup Cilantro Wash and ready ( no need to cut it )
- 1 Lime Only the juice
- 2 Large Garlic cloves
- 1/2 Tsp Tahini
- 1 Jalapeño If you do not like too spicy take teh seeds out
- 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half save the seed it will be need it for later, in a food processor or blender (if there is no food processor) add both halves of the avocado, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, tahini, lime juice, and water.2. Next in the food processor mix until a creamy consistency is acquire. 3. Remove and place in an airtight container add the seed to the sauce this will prevent browning from happening. 4. The sauce will last up to a week if properly sealed.
Notes
- This sauce can be made without the tahini, I only added it because I wanted it creamier and is better to use instead of oil.
