Equipment

- Mixing bowls

Ingredients
- 3 Cups All-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp Cane sugar Organic can substitude for agave syrup or maple
- 1 Cup Water Lukewarm
- 1/4 Cup Water Lukewarm
- 1 Packet Active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 Tsp Pink salt Or Kosher salt
Instructions
- First in a small mixing bowl add the sugar, 1/4 cup warm water and yeast packet. Mix it until combine and let it rest for 15 minutes. This will turn into a spongy mixture. Kind it like foam.
- In a large mixing bowl add the flour and salt and mix it. Set aside and wait for the yeast mixture ( Do not add the cup of water)
- In a separete large mixing bowl, greased it and have it ready for the dough once it's done. After the yeast mixture it's ready add the 1 cup of water to the yeast mixture, mix it well and then procede to add it to the flour. Mix the mixture until all the flour it's combined. Next place the doug into a flour surface and continued kneading it for about five minutes until is streachy and soft. Place it into the greased bowl, cover it and place it in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Once the dough has risen (double it's size) take it out of the warm place remove the covers and punch the dough ( Do Not) take it out of thew bowl. Cover it again and let it rest for anohter 45 minutes. Place it back in the same warm place.
- After the time of the second risen past, take it out of the bowl into a flour surface to roll out into a 14*7" for a loaf pan. Once it’s roll out into a rectangle, roll it like if you are going to make cinnamon rolls and make a log to place into the prepared loaf pan, seams side down cover it with wet towel and place back into warm place for 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven 350°F (175°C). Once the time past for the last risen take the wet towel off the loaf pan and put in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes.Let it cool down on a cooling rack and enjoy!
Notes
- The are three risen in the recipe.
- This helps the bread taste better.
- Do not add extra flour. Other than the one onto the surface to keened it.
- Otherwise it will alter recipe.
