Equipment

  • A small or medium pot
  • A container glass or plastic
  • Shaker or a mixing cup
  • Margarita glases or wine glases like in the image.

Ingredients
  

Simple Syrup

  • 1 Cup Organic sugar
  • 1 Cup Water

Fresh Lime

  • 20-25 Fresh limes Only the juice

Sugar Mixture

  • 1/2 Cup Organic sugar
  • 2 Fresh limes Zest and cut in half for decorations
  • 1/4 Cup Koasher salt

Alcohol

  • 1 Bottle Patron, Jose cuervo, Don Julio Or any other of your choice

Instructions
 

Simple Syrup

  • 1. On the stove place the pot on low heat add the water and sugar together, make sure it's dissolved.
    2. Bring it to boil about 10 minutes, make sure to mixed it every now and than to make sure it won't burn.
    3. After the time passed set aside and let cool down.

Fresh Lime

  • 1. Squeezed all the limes into the glass container make sure all the seeds are out fo the limes.
    2. Place the juice in the container and set aside until it's need it.

Sugar Mixture

  • 1. In a mixing bowl add the 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup salt and lime zest.
    2. To zest the limes use a zester.
    3. Mixed all the ingredients together and set aside.

Making the Margaritas

  • 1. In a shaker add ice, 3oz of simple syrup, 2oz of tequila and 4oz lime juice.
    2. For the glass, wet the rim wiht a little bit of lime juice and dip into the sugar mixture, add a wedge of lime to the rim, some ice and set aside.
    3. Shake the drink in the mixer, and pour over the fresh ice in the glass and enjoy.

Notes

  •  The margaritas can be made stronger by adding more tequila.
  • The margaritas can be made lite by reducing the sugar
