Instructions
- 1. Warm up the cup of water and use 1/4 of that cup of water in a separete bowl to dissolve the dry yeast and sugar until creamy, about 10 minutes.2. In a separe bowl add the flour, spices and mix it. next add the remaining water to the flour together with the olive oil and mix.3. Continue mixing the flour for about 5 minutes and after the 10 minutes pass for the dry yeast added to the flour and combine well.4. Once you have all the flour combine, remove it from the bowl and start kneeding the dought until you have a soft ball.5. Next in the same bowl where you mixed the flour in the begining, place the dough back in the bowl.6. Once you place the dough in the bowl cover it with a plastic wrap and place in a warm place, let it rest for at least 1 hour, you can always let it rest for longer. Place in the microwave or oven. Do not turn the oven or microwave on.To make the pizza:Strecht the dough from the middle out add the ingredients and place in the preheat oven at 450°F/ 230°C and cook for 15 minutes.
Notes
- The reason for the dough to be place in the oven or microwave is to help it rise better.
- Also know that if you are on a rush you can just let the dough rest for 15 minutes and use, the texture will be more chewy than if you let it rest longer Made this recipe! Tag me by using: #notyourglammom #sogoodcookingwithyunibe #chefyunibe
